Tomato farm

 To grow tomatoes in the cold weather is indeed a challenge. But Icelanders have with ingenuity created a greenhouse that grows cherry tomatoes in a controlled environment at Fridheimar located in the south of Iceland, with a yummy tomato cheesecake and tomato ice-cream to taste, this was an interesting visit on the last day!
