The Black Beach

 Through gusty winds  and bleak weather with a red alert not to go near the beach, the morning starts with a visit to the Black Beach in southern Iceland, The red alert gradually turns to orange, and the gates open for us to go near the beach, Some interesting opportunities for landscape photography with the massive waves lashing the shore giving  a special mood here!.










This is followed by a visit to a Lava field

Icebergs and an Amphibian

Wondering how the two words are connected! Well we boarded an amphibian boat to see the mighty icebergs on the lake. As the name suggests, its a boat that can travers on both land and water as it has wheels. Perhaps a good mode of transport for our own waterways.
